Fall Education Conference
For the past 10 years The Iowa Clinic has offered a Fall Education Conference for the healthcare providers of Central Iowa. While we know the conferences were valuable, not only to those who attended but to the physicians who presented, we have decided to take a break from our Annual Fall Education Conference. As you can imagine, hosting the conference is a significant investment for us. We have never charged for CEU’s and CME’s, and have always offered complimentary breakfast and lunch. In 2010 we had a record number of no-shows, which was very costly. As a result, we plan to take the next year to evaluate how to best move forward with providing an educational opportunity to local healthcare providers. We appreciate the support and gratitude so many of you have expressed over the past 10 years, and hope that you will respect our decision to evaluate the future of the Conference.
